The HIFU eye lift addresses the full peri-orbital area — the upper brow and forehead (lifting the brow opens the eye and reduces hooding), the upper lids themselves, the outer eye where crow's feet form, and the under-eye where crepiness and shadowing make the face look tired. By tightening skin and improving local circulation, HIFU can soften the appearance of dark circles caused by thinning, lax skin (it won't fix pigmentation-based circles). How a HIFU eye lift works
We use the UltraTherapy 15D MMFU platform to deliver precisely-focused ultrasound energy at multiple depths around the orbital bone. The energy bypasses the surface of the skin and creates tiny thermal coagulation points in the deeper supportive layers — triggering a controlled wound-healing response. Your body answers by producing new collagen and elastin over the following 8–12 weeks, which lifts the brow, tightens the lid and smooths fine lines. The treatment around the eyes takes 15 minutes. We avoid the eyeball itself — only the bone-supported areas around it are treated.

How many sessions are needed?
Most clients see a meaningful lift from a single HIFU eye treatment, with results visible from week 4 and peaking around week 8–12. For more advanced hooding or stronger structural lifting, we recommend a program of 2–3 treatments spaced 10–12 weeks apart — this stacks collagen production for a more dramatic, longer-lasting result. After your initial program, a maintenance treatment every 12–18 months keeps the lift in place. Results and their duration vary from person to person. Your practitioner will discuss realistic expectations at your consultation. We'll recommend a clear plan at your consult based on your skin and goals.
Recovery and aftercare
Our clinic’s aftercare instructions are: no exercise for 2 days, and no alcohol, sauna, steam rooms or massage for 5 days. Mild pinkness or slight puffiness around the eyes can last a few hours and settles quickly. There are no incisions, no bruising in most clients, no stitches and no bandages. Wear SPF, and your practitioner will explain your aftercare. Makeup can be reapplied immediately if needed.
