HIFU uses focused ultrasound beneath the skin’s surface and works with your body’s natural collagen and elastin response. Your treatment is tailored to your skin and goals.

Start with a chat: A relaxed discussion about your concerns and goals, a skin assessment and a personalised treatment plan.
Tailored to you: If fat reduction is not your goal, settings can focus on lifting and tightening instead.

Does HIFU hurt?

Your comfort is a priority throughout treatment. We adjust the settings to keep your session as comfortable as possible.

Is there any downtime?

Our clinic’s aftercare instructions are: no exercise for 2 days, and no alcohol, sauna, steam rooms or massage for 5 days. Your practitioner will explain your aftercare at your consultation.

When will I see results?

You'll often notice an immediate tightening, then a gradual lift over 8–12 weeks as your own collagen rebuilds. Results typically last 12–18 months. Results and their duration vary from person to person. Your practitioner will discuss realistic expectations at your consultation.

How many treatments do I need?

For significant improvement, we typically recommend a course of three treatments over six months. The timing is tailored to your skin, treatment area and goals, and we confirm your plan at your free consultation.
