HIFU quotes: compare the areas, visits and total cost
By Brisbane HIFU Clinic

Two HIFU prices can describe very different appointments. One may be face-only, another may include the neck, and a lower per-visit rate may apply to a multi-visit package.
Before comparing the numbers, line up four details: the exact treatment areas, the number of visits, the price for each visit and the total for the proposed plan.
Start with the treatment areas
Check the full treatment name and what it includes. Do not assume that face-only includes the neck or chin, or that two plans with similar names have the same scope.
At Brisbane HIFU Clinic, the single-visit options include:
- Essentials Face Lift: A$300 for the face only. The neck and chin are excluded.
- Essentials Face & Neck Lift: A$350 for one visit.
- Signature Face & Neck Lift: A$550 for one visit.
The names and prices help identify the options. Ask the practitioner to explain any treatment differences relevant to your goals rather than assume that the higher price determines which is appropriate for you.
Check whether the price is for one visit or a package
A per-visit package rate should always be read alongside the number of visits in that option. Compare it with the single-visit option on that basis.
For the current Essentials Face & Neck three-visit option, A$300 per visit means A$900 for all three visits. The separate A$300 Essentials Face Lift single visit is face-only. The same A$300 figure describes different options.
For Signature Face & Neck, one visit is A$550. Two visits at A$500 each total A$1,000; three visits at A$450 each total A$1,350.
These totals show the arithmetic for the listed visits. Confirm the payment timing and package terms with the clinic. The total alone does not say when the money is due or whether the proposed visit plan is suitable for you.
Ask how the deposit works
An A$100 booking deposit is listed by the clinic. Before booking, confirm how it applies to the appointment or package and when any balance is due.
It is also worth checking what happens if you need to reschedule, cancel or stop a multi-visit plan. Do not assume that a per-visit rate, a deposit or pay-as-you-go wording explains all the terms.
Use this quote checklist
For each option you are considering, write down:
- The provider and exact treatment name.
- The areas included and any exclusions.
- The proposed number of visits.
- The price per visit and the total for all proposed visits.
- Any unavoidable additional charges.
- The deposit amount, how it is applied and when the balance is due.
- The cancellation, rescheduling, refund and package conditions.
- What consultation, aftercare and follow-up are included.
If a detail is missing, ask for it before you decide. A useful comparison should leave you clear on what you are buying and the terms that apply.
Price is one part of the decision
Also discuss the practitioner’s training, suitability assessment, possible risks and realistic expectations. A price comparison can clarify the purchase; those questions help you understand the proposed treatment.
If you are still deciding what to ask, use our seven-question consultation checklist.
